Pest Control Technician

Location: Midland, ON, Canada

Job Type:  Seasonal – Full Time (Mid-April to End of August, 2026 Season)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role involves inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and applying treatments to eliminate and prevent infestations.

You will play a key role in helping us deliver on our promise: Remediate, Repair, Restore Peace of Mind.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties to assess pest activity and identify problem areas
• Develop and implement treatment plans for pests such as rodents, insects, and other infestations
• Safely apply treatments in accordance with industry regulations and company standards
• Educate customers on pest prevention and ongoing maintenance
• Conduct follow-up visits to monitor effectiveness and adjust treatments as needed
• Maintain accurate service records, including treatments and customer interactions
• Handle and store pest control products safely and responsibly
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Operate and maintain company equipment

Requirements

• Previous pest control experience is an asset but not required (training provided)
• Pest control licensing or certification (training course provided)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule
• Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces, basements)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
